Delete a machine
Disposable test machines have a delete button on the setup page. For a regular hosted machine, use the contact form, choose “Delete a machine or export files,” and enter the address you used to sign in. We will confirm the exact machine before deleting it. Export files you want first. The deletion removes the live machine through Agent37. Agent37 currently says it keeps an encrypted recovery copy for seven days before purging it.
Cancel hosting
Use the contact form and choose “Cancel hosting” before your next billing date. Until a self-service billing portal is available, we handle cancellation manually. Ask us to confirm the last day of service and whether you also want the machine deleted.
Ask for a copy or deletion
Use the contact form with the address you used to sign in. Tell us whether you want a copy of your portable agent files, deletion of the machine, deletion of eligible AgentMarkit account records, or all three. We may ask you to verify the request.
Payment, fraud, security, dispute, or legal records may need to remain after an account request. We will explain any information we cannot delete.
Disconnect a model or integration
Remove the connection from the agent and revoke the key or authorization with the outside provider. Rotating or revoking the credential matters because deleting an AgentMarkit machine does not itself tell every outside service to revoke access.
Gmail and Google
Gmail access is not publicly available in AgentMarkit yet. Before launch, the connection screen will identify the exact scope, fields, provider path, storage location, and purpose, then ask for separate consent.
When the feature is available, you will be able to stop future Google API access from Google Account connections. Revoking Google access stops future requests but does not automatically delete information already saved in an agent's relationship memory. AgentMarkit will provide a separate way to delete the stored token, cached metadata, and derived relationship records.
Support access
Asking for help does not automatically authorize us to read private files. If we need to inspect workspace content, we will identify what we need, why, whether we need to make changes, and for how long. We wait for your written yes. You can withdraw permission before the work is finished.
Sign out on this browser
AgentMarkit does not yet have a dedicated sign-out button. You can remove the local session by clearing site data for agentmarkit.com in your browser. Server sessions expire after 30 days. A proper sign-out control is on the launch checklist.
