Oura on your own Hermes machine

The personal Oura connector comes with its own setup page. It handles sign-in, token renewal and data reads on your machine.

Download the personal Oura connector

On your own Agent37 account

  1. Download and unzip the connector. Upload its folder using your machine's Files interface.
  2. Open that machine's Terminal and go into the uploaded folder.
  3. Run /usr/local/lib/hermes/hermes-agent/venv/bin/python -B install.py --browser.
  4. At the private terminal prompt, enter your own Agent37 API key. The installer uses it once to open your machine's private setup page. It does not save the key or send it to AgentMarkit. Keep it out of agent chat.
  5. Open the temporary link it prints. The page guides you through creating a personal Oura app, signing in and choosing Coach access.

On your own computer

Run python -B install.py --browser in the extracted folder using your Hermes Python environment. Open the printed link on that computer. A localhost link will not open a remote machine from your phone.

After connecting

Start a new Coach conversation so Hermes loads the Oura tools. Ask Coach to check your recent recovery. Tell it separately when you want scheduled check-ins.

Your Oura credentials stay on your machine. Relevant summaries can reach your chosen AI provider when Coach uses them. Your machine's hosting and administrator access still apply. Use direct Hermes chat to avoid relaying those conversations through AgentMarkit's website chat.

Already using AgentMarkit's earlier connection? Verify the new one before disconnecting the earlier connection. This installer preserves the earlier credentials; it does not move or delete them.
