1. Add your personal Oura app
Create an application in Oura once, then copy its two credentials here. The connector handles the ongoing connection.
Open Oura developer portal ↗What do I enter in Oura?
Name it "My Coach" and describe your intended personal AI coaching use. Enter your email and a website you control. Select Daily for sleep, readiness and activity. Review Oura's terms before accepting them.
Paste this exact address into Oura's Redirect URI field and save it.

3. Choose how Coach uses Oura
Connect Oura to Coach
Your ring is connected and your choices are saved. Coach still needs to load its Oura tools.
This briefly reconnects Coach to Discord. Wait for any current reply to finish first. Your conversations and Oura connection stay saved.
This can take about a minute. Your progress will still be here if you leave this page.
In your Hermes or Discord chat, send /reload-mcp and confirm if Hermes asks. This loads your saved tools without starting a new conversation.
If Coach still cannot see Oura
Send /reload-mcp in your Hermes or Discord chat and confirm if asked, then choose Check again here. You do not need to sign in to Oura again.
Coach can now use your sleep, recovery, and activity when you chat in Discord.

Where my Oura data goes
Your Oura data goes directly to the machine running Coach. You manage the code and data there and can disconnect Oura anytime.
When Coach uses your summaries, they go to your chosen AI provider and may remain in chat history. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not erase past chats or saved workouts.
